Oh wait, none my tenants could even begin to do something like that. Though I discovered today that one of them figured out how to cook meth.

Actually, I'll be spending money on the house to get it rentable again. Then looking for a new tenant, as this one is in jail without bond. Maybe I should just sell the place. The previous tenant shot and killed his wife in the front yard. Now he's serving life. It's either bad vibes in that place, or it could be just the fact that it's in Pulaski.

I've tried to flip my less attractive properties into higher priced units, but I've still got a couple low rent units. Pulaski is a poo hole, but at long as they are paying, I'll keep renting em.
