Lookin for tires 35"-37"

Post by Arya Ebrahimi »

Looking for a set of tires for the 'yota. With the current gearing and mixed use the truck will see, 36s would be better suited than 38s. Also looking for 6-lug wheels with 3" or less BS and beadlocks never hurt.

I'd like something like Iroks that are good in mud and pretty decent in the rocks.

I will probably hold onto the 38s, but am willing to trade them if that will close the deal. BTW, the 38s are 38x12.50R15 Bias TSLs w/ ~85-90% tread and are mounted on 15x8 Steelies w/ 4.5" BS.

So if you guys come across anything, please let me know.

Thanks,

Ary

I'm not a member there, would you mind offering him $400 for just the tires? I can pick them up this week or next. Just ask him to email me at aryae@vt.edu

I would be interested in other wheel sizes depending on the tires of course.

Thanks!

Probably gonna hang on to them for the buggy. Why, do you want to buy them? Everything has a price

What condition and rim size? Bias or Radial? What are you wanting to trade for? I'd rather hang onto the 38s for my buggy project, but I do have a stick welder for sale, and a bunch of other random stuff.

Thanks

Arya, finding steelies in anything close to 3" BS in anything other than 15" is hard unless you want to get away from the cheap cost of steelies. I think US Wheels will do 16's to 3", but 17's no way. (BTW-the special order 15's come bare metal, no powder coat)
