Doesn't surprise me.

Andy always seemed to leave a few customers a little unsatisfied from time to time, and if you didn't want to do it his way, too bad.

I never had any personal beef with him, but he and a buddy of mine had a huge disagreement that always left a bitter taste in my mouth. I know it takes two to tango, but on the flip side it does indeed take two to tango.

Anyway, another friend of mine is good friends with Andy, I'll see if I can get the inside scoop.

I spoke with Andy today and that is apparently what is happening. Terry I forwarded your e-mail to him today and he said he'd help you out, so if he doesn't call you in a day or two let me know. Also for the ones who have gift cards call him and go ahead and leave him a message saying your with the club and you got the gift cards from me and he will still take care of you.

never been really impressed with their work. Enough so that I wouldn't let they work on my stuff for free.
