Do you think you will be able to get a title for the 77? Also does it have a complete drivetrain, just dosen't run? Is it in simmilar shape as the 75? What type of engines are in them?
Yeah, I'm currently trying to get a title for the 1977, and I'm hopeful that I'll get it back, but I won't have it in my hand until Thanksgiving sometime. If anything the 77 is in better shape than the 75. I believe both Jeeps have the 232 straight six in them and the drivetrains are complete in both (exept for front axle shafts in the 75). As for the 77 as far as I know everything's there I've checked over it and the only thing that sticks out in my mind are the flat front tires and one of the brakes is frozen. Like I said though, it doesn't run, so I can't speak for the drivetrain in it, but it doesn't look like it would be too hard to get it back running again.
I haven't been able to get the title for the '77 yet. However, I scored big at a moving sale and I now have more Land Cruiser crap than I ever imagined. So if you have a 40 or 60 Series Land Cruiser and are looking for parts I probably have it, just let me know...
Still have a ton of 'Cruiser parts. In particular a 60-Series front axle that is complete from hub-to-hub and I'd like to get $400 for it, and I've got a ton of other stuff.
