I used a combination of sawzall, torch and grinder. The torch was nice for general clearing, but I got a little too happy with it and ended up melting the wires to the starter, doh!

I'd probably do it again with just the sawzall and grinder.

Looks like the knuckles are 4 and the arms are 6. I've seen the 5th stud option, but never a 6 without the 6-shooter knuckle. http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthre ... 218&page=2 post 30 is a good option for arms and studs. :lol2:

I thought these rears were going to be almost flat at ride hight. Got to much lift, going to have to pull a leaf or something.

Shackle angle sucks so im going to move the hanger back a pinch. I had a good angle when I set it up with just the main leaf, but with the pack together there vertical.

Aproach angle looks decent.....37"s on the front

moved hanger back and used the second hole in the hanger. Shackle looks good. Still pretty high. Its 26" frame to ground. I was hoping for more like 23-24". I guess Ill take it out and flex it out and see if the front springs settle a little. I doubt it since they are well used rears.

Got to find some U bolts......

Truck looks good man. I have settled 4" lift springs from Marlin, and my front cross member is 27" off the ground with 37" Iroks, if that gives you a reference. All though, I do wish mine was lower. Ti think that will wait for the front to be linked.

you also have like .002" of uptravel... stupid toyotas and their bump stops...

Take into account a winch and winch bumper will likely add about 150 lbs to the front of the truck before you cut anything off, too. You can also play with the spring packs themselves, maybe pull a leaf and see how it sits.
