prolly too late since this would've been for the 4th, but Windrock, off of the beginning of the mtn lake 4wd trail is a decent spot

Have ya ever wheeled at Mountain Lake? Basically go West on 460 till you see a sign for Mountain Lake or Mountain Lake resort, its on the right. Ride that rode up to the top of the Mountain where the resort is. From there it gets a little tricky, but roll through there and at the split go left (only way the road contines, right goes infront of the lake/main resort building). Stay straight on the road and it will turn to dirt eventually and from there you go down aways (no idea on length) and take a left at side road.

Blah Blah Blah you'll prolly get lost, I've been up there alot and still confusing sometimes. If you dont have work Friday I might have some spare time and Ill show ya where it is up there, maybe 30 min ride (Ill be in town for some/all weekend). And if ya have to do it on the weekend I might be around if I dont getta chance to go elsewhere this weekend.

You can also go out 460 to Big Stony Creek Rd. It will be several miles beyond the road that leads up to Mt. Lake. You follow that road back and you will see a sign for the campgrounds on the right. Saves you from driving all of the gravel roads up going in from the resort end of Mt. Lake.
