Well, I got somewhere. Kinda. I got an email back from Travis at Currie and he gave me info that conflicts with the website. He says the engineer said all the bars except the JK bars are .750". This is in direct contrast to what the website says and that is that all the different length bars available in universal kits are different diameters, as my chart shows. I also got some other info from him that showed me he got yet more confused with my second question. He also mentioned some diameters for the JK bars, but I'm not willing to trust that yet.
The good news is that I got the email address to the Currie "engineer" so I've sent him an email. We'll see what kind of an "engineer" he is and if he can give me trustworthy information. Hopefully someone can at least understand my question and be consistent with the information that is on the website.

David, the engineer, got back to me and hooked me up with the dimensions. I have now updated the 'bar chart'. <----that is an intended pun
The only question I left them with is if they have ever machine tested their bars to determine their real world rates.
I will model their rates and probably post that info in the Tech forum.
