Wanted 3/16" steel preferably cut to shape

A friend has requested I build some pretty basic brackets for a project of his. The brackets will be made of multiple rectangles and triangles welded together. My question is is there someone local that could provide these pieces cut to shape for a decent price? Or help me cut them out with a plasma if I get the steel elsewhere. And if not who should I go see in Roanoke? Ace or Steel Services? I am hoping that in the very least I can get someone to shear some strips off a piece of 3/16" to minimize the cutting I would have to do.

I took a look at the Steel Services Site. They seem to be able to handle most anything that may be the way to go.
