is the stuff used to seal troublesome tire beads just black rtv, or is it something special?
The Rescue Ranger: in pieces and scattered about the yard.

There was something about that on Pirate. Thought it was roofing tar or something like that.

I always throw a little RTV on the bead :goofy:
