I have a 1979 cj 7 golden eagle rolling chassis for sale. It has a 360 motor with amc 30 front axel and amc 20 rear and transfer case. I bought this jeep for spare parts and realized after getting it home it had the quad tract system with the off set rear instead of in the center. If interested email me or PM.

I had it listed for a while on jeeps unlimited but everybody on there lives to far away seems like.

th400?
304 or 360, a 360 would have to have been swapped in, 304 would be stock?

yep it was changed when I got it. it is th400 automatic sorry forgot a few things

if u want me to I can send ya some pics of it email me chuck_04 at comcast.net. I started the motor up before I stripped the dilapidated body off. I am not sure of the mileage on it. It did not smoke or anything when it fired up. the starter got stuck so I had to shut her down. Over all the frame is in good but not excellent shape. It has a little rust on the very rear frame rails but nothing that cant be fixed. email me and I will send pics for ya.

I have a cj5 with the rear end in the center so I would have to change the hole running gear, so my jeep only has 62,000 original miles so I am not going to change all of that or try and use it. just wanta sell it all 500.00 dollars. I am going to give it another week or so and I am going to put it on Ebay in pieces or whole not sure yet !!!!!
