I don't know where the hell it came from, or what the hell caused it. Doesn't look like straight ATF, looks like ATF and water. And check out the bottom of the bellhousing........green......
So I checked the trans fluid level (cold, obviously) and it is super high......
Would that make sense because it is cold and not warmed up? Or should it read lower than if it were running warm?
I added about 3/4 qt of ATF after installing the radiator and aux cooler because the trans fluid level was low. With that, while checking with the engine running and in neutral, it was just a bit above the minimum level.

nope...level should rise on the dipstick as the atf heats up. it should read lower when its cold.
You need to start it up and check it with the tranny in neutral. There will be less fluid in the pan when it is running and warm than sitting and cold.

But for real you have some bad luck
That's good.
I started the Jeep up and let it run for a while warming up. Trans fluid was low (obviously with the puddle). No signs of any leaks while it was running. I'm going to go and check outside to see if I have a swimming pool's worth of ATF on the garage floor now.........
Nothing new, just the old puddle.
Going to take it in on Friday to the Transmission shop that rebuilt my trans in September.
pressure from the radiator can push antifreeze into the lines if there is a leak inside. Which could have flooded the transmission with to much fluid and blow out the front seal. It probably wouldnt leak anymore untill the radiator gets hot enough to make some pressure.

Gotcha, I can understand that. Hopefully that is not the case, but I may be fucked by that damn radiator.
Got the Jeep back. The shop said that a breather hose slipped off, and caused the mess. This breather hose they speak of was not installed in the first place when they re-built the transmission. So they put one on that extends into under the hood with a one way valve on the end (just like axle breather tubes), and added some ATF.
