Need Welding/Fab work done

I need someone with welding/ fab skills to help me finish a bumper for my brotherâ€™s jeep. What I got so far is pictured below. Itâ€™s mainly tacked together now, so it needs to be welded up and have the spare tire carrier finished. This has been a project for far too long and Iâ€™d like to get it done asap. ill be at the shop no later than 4 today ... and ill be there until about 10 or later ....
