Ideas for exhaust

I was wondering about modifying my exhaust. I know the stock pipe on tacos is already very efficient, but I am trying to figure out if I really need 4 catalytic converters or if there is anything to make it better.

Ok i was thinking about removing my 2 rear cats out of 4 total and adding a straight pipe. If anyone wants to work on this let me know!

can you do that without messing with your o2 sensors?

i know somebody (URD?) makes an o2 for my gen tacoma to use without a cat....not sure about your truck

I just realized the 4 banger only comes with 2 cats and the exhaust is about as efficient as you can get for a stock engine with no forced induction
