Dana 60-2 35-spline semi-float, non c-clip, 5x5.5, etc...

I have a Dana 60-2 from a Jeep J-truck. This axle is 35 spline, does't neck down, doesn't have c-clips, overall the ideal semi-float setup. It is currently dismantled. The backing plates are gone, but a caliper stand from a Chevy 44(6-bolt spindle) matches the pattern on the ends of the housing perfectly making a disc swap fairly straightforward.

The axle is approximately 67" flange to flange w/ the diff being offset 6" to the passenger side. If you were to shorten the long tube to use a short-side shaft this would result in a 60-61" wide housing. The bolt pattern is 5x5.5 The axle had 4.10's in it originally, however the bearings were pretty well shot. I have the gears, but would recommend at least new bearings, if not new gears.

I can bring this to Blacksburg after New Years or you can come pick it up over break.
