I never get a chance to work on the thing. I basicaly just need to get some driveshafts and hook up the brakes now though. I tried my hand at welding on it yesterday, man I suck, but I think the splatter will hold it just fine!! How's yours holding together TJ? And hows that trac bar/drag link doing? I think I'm gonna do that.

Mine is holding to gether great, only issue im having now is spring wrap, but its not too horrible. Gonna put the skyjackers back on the rear, after i make an anti-wrap set up. The trac bar drag link is holding up excellent, after i put the 2.5 skyjackers back on the front the angle was a bit steep for bump steer, i bought a cheap drop pitman on ebay and it seems much better. Other than that I would reccomend fabbin up the old sway bar, huge difference on my highway driving after i put that back on... all i did was cut the old plates from the dana 30 right behind the mount and then welded them on top of my new spring plates, but i guess if you dont drive it on the road as much as me you can get away without one.
In this picture you can see the angle of that sweet rear trac bar/ drag link with the new drop arm and 2.5" springs minus one pack SOAed, and as you can tell from that picture i finally bought gears for the front and jared helped my swap em in so mine is ready for Big Dogs...hope yours will be too!

sorry for the size on that picture, didnt realize it was that big.
oh yeah if you are looking for high steer some day i think this will be the kit i do:
http://www.jeepxtremes.com/high_clearan ... ystems.htm
cheaper than parts mike by a lot, and it includes the tie rod and drag link, i think the price with ball joints is around 900 and without its around 800

I plan on building one soon.
I will be going with the sams style.
My buddy has a K5 blazer on 40 inch boggers. He had 63" chevy rears and had a sams style with johnny joints at all mounting points and a shackle at the top mounting point. It worked awesome. didn't limit flex at all and he didn't have any axle wrap problems at all.
