looks like OME HD kit netted almost 3" of lift. Springs will probably settle a bit i'm guessing. Finished the install of rear saturday afternoon. No vibration on rear driveshaft without tcase drop, but d shaft angle is quite steep compared to stock. Planning on t woods cv driveshaft and adjustable upper rear control arms to correct the pinion angle. Cam bolts just don't seem like a good idea. will be returning those. getting ready to adjust the rear track bar as axle is off a small bit after some miles, front is still good though. Purchased an oil pan skid that mounts to the tranny and engine. seems i dunno. Any body have experience with the teraflex oil pan skid or similar?

upon further review, i think i'll just get some extra u joints and straps and see how it does. After springs settled, it looks like i have around 2.25' of lift with the OME springs. The dshaft angle doesn't look that bad. so we'll see how she goes. may have the money for those tires after all.

I think you'll be fine with the stock shaft, especially since you don't have the slip yoke on the transfer case.
If you buy tires, I don't know what tire size you were thinking, but if you want a bit more room for some more tire, a 1" BL would work great for 33's. Though you could also just run 33's with what you now have, properly bump stopped.

I was thinking some 285s for tires. I'll probably wait on those until the mtrs wear out. I'll definitely take some measurements for clearance. I'd rather not do a body lift, would prefer to do bump stop extensions if needed.
Nick, maybe once the jeep is paid off I'd go with some 35s and be willing to start cutting on the body, but not ready just yet. I definitely will not "lift" suspension any more. It is still my only form of transportation and I drive a lot for work.
