Shit, get this thing barely driving and hit the frame with some wire wheel and salt water. Turn it into Toyota for 150% of the excellent blue book value. If I had the time to scam Toyota I'd be all over this.

heck i was thinking more about buying it sas'ing it and junkyard fix the body and have one kick ass off road truck with a small investment for the make and the year

The frame warranty doesn't apply to new owners after some date(its already passed).
