WTB: Tacoma 5SP 4WD 4-cyl

I am in the market for a 5 speed, 4wd 4-cyl Tacoma. Xtra cab ideally, but I suppose I could deal with something bigger. I do need room in the cab to store tools and such, so a regular cab wouldn't really fit the bill. Ideally it'd be in the neighborhood of 100k miles, older than an '05 when they got big. Anyone know of any for sale?

Not looking to make it a project truck; I'd rather it be fairly maintenance free for a while.

By the way, I'd be open to similar trucks (Ranger, Dakota, etc) if any fit the bill...
