Is there Anybody that has halfway decent skills cutting 3/4" plywood and forming pieces into boxes? Ill initially need about 250 boxes, made into 4 different sizes. They will be put into empty carboard RSC cases to simulate weight for testing my robotic palletizer project at work. I will probably fill them with sand to get to the actual weight and close to an accurate COG for each product we are handling. This initial number equates to 2 pallets worth of 4 different size cases.
I have 28 more sizes that I will need these made up for throughout this year and the beginning of next year. So that is 28 x 2 x (x number of boxes on a pallet depending on size and pattern) pallets each. Probably will total out to 1000 or 1500 of these things.
Anybody?
I need woooden boxes made. Lots of them.

I would be interested but the amount to make it worth whie seems way too much. If I worked for $10 an hour, Id average 2 or 3 an hour probably so thats ~$3-$5 a box which is $3000-$5000 for the whole lot. That just seems arrogant to ask for that much.

Thats not as arrogant as you think. Whatever it costs to do this I am charging directly to the customer (who in this case is one of the, if not THE largest pharmaceutical company in the world), so if they dont want to pay whatever it costs to do this, they either need to send me actual product(Advil, Centrum, etc) or fill their own damn boxes
Ive got them by the balls pretty much
