There is a very good chance I will be putting up my house in Christiansburg for sale soon. Is a 1-1/2 story 2 bed, 1 bath, with 2 finished rooms upstairs and an extra room on the back. Lots of upgrades and renovations over the years. Has a detached 18X32 garage that is completely finished, insulated, full electrical with lots of outlets and 220 outlets its even air conditioned. Small storage building out back. There is a mini rubicon course/landscaping bed with rocks in the front I could be persuaded to leave. Trying to get a house in Floyd. Just about 20 minutes from where we are now.
