Tire Groover Tool

Post by Ctrow »

Looking at getting a tire groover. Has anyone used one similar to the one in this link? Not looking to drop $400.

Very similar to the one I have. I think mine is the Ideal groover. Does a good job its just not very fast. Let the tires sit in the sun and get warm first and it makes the job easier.

not sure I trust myself with the grinder method. My luck I'd cut a slash straight through the tire
