First Meeting 2012-2013 Year

Looking forward to getting back into Blacksburg and seeing everyone again. We're all hoping for a successful year for the club and some good wheeling.

Alec, Matt, and I decided that instead of the usual first weekend af5ter classes meeting we would do the following:

First Technical Meeting this Sunday the 26th. It is not paramount that new members make it to this one as we havent done any recruiting etc so far. This will be predominantly for existing members to catch up as well as discuss recruitment possibilities/opportunities. We will hold out on any kind of real planning or scheduling for the year until the following meeting to give people a chance to figure out their schedules.

First OFFICIAL Meeting of the year will be September 9. This will give us 2 full weeks of classes having been back in session for people to figure out their schedules, get settled in, and track down some new recruits. At that meeting we will discuss wheeling trip plans, get togethers, tail gates, etc and will also hand out schedules with tentative meeting dates for the semester.
