Why not? It's a resto, not original minty clean. He put alot of work into making it nice and functional, might as well use it.Matt612 wrote:Looks good, how many years have yall been working on it man? I cant believe your going to wheel a classic bronco

Re: 1977 Bronco
Yea its going to be hard to wheel but that's what its built for. Hell compound low is geared a little over 100 to 1, crawling and four wheeling is what its good for. In terms of value we cant get out what we put in it. We dont plan to trash it wheeling it but we are definitely going to have some fun with it.. Cars aren't built to sit there and be pretty, there build to drive so that's what we plan to do with it.
Everything we have done to it has taken about 2-3 years working around school and jobs. The only original pieces of the body are three braces under the floor, and the cowling. The frame was redone along with all the suspension drive train and engine.

Re: 1977 Bronco
I'm not trying to discourage Gus from wheeling it at all, in fact I would love to see it out on the trails with us this year hopefully if he can get it down here to school. Im only saying that if I was to build a wheeling rig I would not start with a classic bronco. In my eyes they are too beautiful/expensive to wheel.... Anyhow bring that thing down here and give her hell man. Very nice build. When are the 37s coming in? What brand/model tire are you running?BadAssEddie wrote:Why not?
