Re: CCVT Car Show on the Drillfield
I am not sure what the hierarchy have planned for the event. However I think it would be beneficial for the club to have a presence there. I've heard that the spring show has a pretty large turnout as well compared to the fall. I planned on going whether or not we as a club are in the event.
Plus, a good opportunity to drive the Jeeps on the drillfield if possible.

Re: CCVT Car Show on the Drillfield
I was planning to make a thread on it, I've just been busy.
I would love to have everyone out there. There is a budget committee meeting today that some of the CCVT officers are attending to try to finalize plans to have access to the drill field. Assuming their funding request goes through we should be good to go.
I'm not sure what vehicles I will have there or what the situation on trailered rigs will be with the drill field, but more news to come.
We will have on of our rigs out at the promo as we did in the fall, so drop by and hang out for a while

Sorry I missed the meeting last night. What's the word on this event? I'd like to bring the CJ.

Re: CCVT Car Show on the Drillfield
We will be attending this Saturday. It will officially be in the drill field. Anyone that can make it, I encourage you to since it's not likely you will ever get another chance to drive on the drillfield.
We will confirm exact times and such a little later this week. Remember to preregister to save yourself a few bucks.

Anybody know what time this event starts? I didn't see any event times on the CCVT main page.
Do we all park in the same area?

I saw the times being from noon to 2pm. I was planning on getting there around 11:00 or something like that.
