To shorten that list a little.. you could throw your battery in/around the stock location so you dont have to fool with the hassle of extending the cables to the rear just to trouble shoot your motor. You can always move it to the rear easily enough after you make sure your motor runs. Just my 2 cents

Started the engine up Friday night. It ran great after sitting dormant for 2 years.
Idling
Revved it a little bit
Put it in gear
Had to improvise a bit for my new battery cables:
I was really excited it ran with no issues. I had a loose fitting on the transmission cooler output, but other than that, no CEL, no leaks in my fuel system, new fuel cell, lines, and pump work great. I'm excited to get it wheeling soon after exams end.
I'll be taking pictures of everything I've done since finishing the cage last month and posting them up soon.
