Reintroducing Myself!

Hey guys!

I was invited to join SC4WDA last year and went to a few meetings, Smith Mountain Lake, and some BDUBS nights. I had the grey Liberty with the lift and some other mods.

Had is the key word. Came home, got a steady job, and realized that I needed some “real” credit. So, looked into my options, and a loan on a car was going to do the trick.

I had been wanting a Wrangler of some sort for a while, so shopped for the last month or so, and I worked out some good deals, and this is what I got



2014 JKUR in Anvil Grey. Already have the doors off, some tube doors and a soft top on the way, and a trip planned to wheel next weekend.

Point of this post is to let you know I’m no longer in the KK and will be cruising Blacksburg in this guy. I graduated, but plan to be down for some games and to visit friends. Will also be looking to get back to the fire tower, so I'll be cruising the boards.

Thanks guys! I’ve already been out twice (woulda been more but had some stuff pop up). Moving to Harrisonburg at the end of the month so gonna look and see if there is a local wheeling club to join up with, and already looking forward to meeting up with some of you guys when I’m back in the Burg.

Also working on plans to get to Colorado/somewhere west to wheel too, just depends on work

Hey guys,

Been a long ass while since I've came around. Being a grad bro sort of sucks and rocks at the same time.

Anyway, been wheeling my JKUR a good amount! Since last year, I've lifted it 2.5", stuck 35" KM2s under it, and added a few toys (winch, OBA, sPod, new soft tops, sliders). Got an ACE rear bumper and Gobi rack on the way, too, which will be nice additions. Wanting to chop my front bumper but just too damn lazy, if I'm honest.

Just had a solid outing at Rausch Creek last weekend. Ran nearly every blue on the property and toyed around on some black trails. Had a fucking blast. I now live <2 hours from RC so I'm always down to hit the trails. Feel free to PM me on here or email me at jjohnson1892[at]gmail to get in contact with me. My fiancé and I are always up to wheel for a day or have a weekend camping trip with wheeling, campfires, and beer.
