2014-2015 Recruiting

Post by BadAssEddie »

So we passed out fliers this weekend. Can someone who went give a quick rundown on where you went and what you saw, etc?

Do we need to go back out and flier some more?

Are we still piggybacking with CCVT for Gobblerfest on Friday?

Any ohter ideas? It'd be nice to get a half dozen or more real active guys this year since a few from last year didn't come back to school and a couple are graduating this year.

Well a few of us went yesterday. We hit campus, Collegiate Suites, Hunter's Ridge, Pheasant Run, Terrace View, and Village Phase 1 and 2, and Maple Ridge. One idea I had was to just have a few fliers in my vehicle at all times, so if I see something I like while I am out, I can just put a flyer on their vehicle. Also I will probably keep a few flyers on me when I go to class.

I'd love to have a handful of fliers with me so I can tag rigs when I see them!

Alec, we've hit most of the big places as Gabe said. I need to do Foxridge and then I'll just be keeping an eye out this week for anything that I see. I still plan on hanging with CCVT at Gobblerfest. If we could have a few guys, some fliers, and the banner I think that'd be great. I'll talk to Kenric again and make sure that it is still okay.

Chris, and anyone else interested, I have a stack of fliers that I can give to members to pass out on their own as well. Text me at 757-871-5260 if you want to meet me somewhere for a stack of them.

Gabe thank you for your help again too.

Oh, didn't do Windsor Hills yet either.

Might as well include Shenandoah Townhomes on that list since that is where I live. By the way, I happen to have a list of the majority of the apartment complexes in Blacksburg and addresses because it is required for my job if anybody is interested.

Hey a couple of us are going to be hanging out at Gobblerfest this afternoon. We weren't able to get a booth but if we have some space we might just hang up our banner and pass out fliers, otherwise just hang out with CCVT. If any of the new kids want to hang out, head out to the drillfield and find us.

Have you guys ever thought about going out and putting some flyers on AGR's vehicles at their house?
