Ok I think I have narrowed down the sound to my lower rear driver's side control arm. I can easily rotate it slightly, and I can even move it forward/back slightly. It does make a similar sounding noise when I do this. It isn't quite as loud, but that is probably just because I am not using enough force on it compared to the force of the engine. If it is in fact the control arm, that would explain why I feel it directly under my feet because that is where the frame is located, which is connected to the control arm.
So given this information, what should I do next? Replace the control arm bushings? I'll have someone more knowledgeable than me take a look at it at the next meeting, so I won't do anything until then.

Well I am pretty sure it is the driver rear lower control arm joint mounted to the frame, but over Xmas I am going to use my bro's GoPro to see if I can verify that is indeed where the noise is coming from.
