Suzuki Samuri

Post by NJKURPat »

Friend of mine is looking at a lifted samuri on CL. He doesn't really know much about lifted vehicles and I know nothing about samuri's. He wants to know if anyone would go check it out with him, or has anything he should look for or ask about.

Seems a little pricey but looks to be a pretty sweet little rig. I don't really know much about Sami's either though.

If it is as nice as it looks in the picture that would be in the right price range, problem could be the interior could be really rough. I dont know how nice they where from the factory though, also i doubt it has actual coilovers, most like just coil springs and a shock instead of leafs. For some reason Sami terminology is a little funny when it comes to coil springs. Just something to consider before you look so your not confused.

It is a "tin top" not a hard top. The only way to get the top off is to cut it off which kills some of the structural part of the body. Nothing that cant be fixed with some welding. If it has not been regeared it will be slow on the road.
