yota dshaft ujoints

I know the flange pattern is different but I believe the joints are the same between the different years of 4x4 trucks. Is this so?

for the rear driveshafts, yes. For the front, the older trucks (79-83) the cv joint on the front shaft is slightly different depending on the transmission. The joint will actually operate at a steeper angle because the front shaft was much shorter on some of the older trucks, but the cv is stronger on the 84-85 style shafts.
