Forum always gets dead during the summer, so in order to keep on a some sort of life support figured my build thread could use a little update. Still not up to the present, but we'll get there eventually. I also have been busy with the new 4runner so not much attention has been given to the death runner. Currently kinda abandoned in a sad state in a foxridge parking lot with about a literal half a ton of SAS parts sitting inside of it.

Anyways, onto the update.
Spring Break 2017
The carpet in the cargo area was getting moldy and musty, so ripped that bitch and started prep for Raptor Liner. It only took half a dick year to get the cargo area prepped, but like all misery, it ends eventually.
Sprayed out real nice like.
But the fun didnt stop there. After the roll, the inner fender structure and core support, basically the front clip was fucked to the point where I couldnt mount headlights and nothing in the engine bay fit correctly. Anyways, cut all the crumpled beer can bullshit and was left with a blank canvas.
Dont have any pics of what I did, but basically replaced the front clip and just ran an inner tube structure similar to an engine cage connected to a new front clip. Also did a west coast raisin yota cut on my old fenders from the roll and slapped on a new hood and replaced the harambe tape on the rear windows with aluminum. Those who know me, know the only kind of aluminum i use.
Wheeled harlan on the way back from break, cuz fuck it, why not? Yeah, I went alone, oh well, I have no friends.
Ended breaking another cv at the top of lower rock garden. Yep, another one to add to the check list. Just unlocked the hubs and dealt with it when i got back to tech. Usual foxridge wrenching...
Thats all I really feel like writing about at the moment. Dont like it? Wellllll.... tough shit sugartits... deal with it.
