Need to get the jeep to c-burg by friday

Post by Lukipela »

Does anyone got a tailer or dolly that i could borrow friday so that i can take the jeep to the dealer to get the alternator fixed, it would only be going to c-burg and i would need to borrow a vehicle to tow it there. Anyone that helps me get it over there will be compensated with  .

I got the alternator just under a year ago from the dealer back home and it has a one year warranty on it so they are obligated to fix it. Otherwise i would just fix it myself. The only thing it will cost me is to get it towed over there if i cant find someone to tow it for me and the labor for replacing it.

Borrow a battery or charge the one you have there should be enough juice in a battery to get you there.

have u checked to see how much labor and a tow will cost you? It might be cheaper to just do it yourself.

For $50 I'll tow it to the dealer. I have a car hauler with a winch on it. I can do it anytime this afternoon, after 3 on Thursday, or anytime on Friday.

Call me if you want me to tow it. 757 438 1328. The trailer is in C-burg so I need a little bit of notice.

Jumping the jeep and charging the battery are two different things

Can you just drop it and have them get to it when they can? I'm leaving campus now(by bike) and will be headed to wal-mart once I get back to my apartment. That gives you about an hour and a half to let me know if I should pick up the trailer while I'm in C-burg or not.

Can you just have it ready to pick up the jeep friday morning at 9am. I have to sort somethings out with the dealership so my appointment is staying friday.

This seems like more work than just replacing the alternator yourself! :thumby:
