anyone know of a sweet house for rent... cheap and close

me and some friends are looking for a house. id like one with a garage. we need it for either three or four people or more. we would like something close to campus. anyone know of something like this? i guess i could live in an apartment if i HAD to.

Good luck man. A place with a garage is hard to come by around here, especially for cheap. There are some houses between the power plant and wendy's that rent for just as cheap as an apartment, and from the looks of the area you could have as many trucks taken apart in front of the house as you want without complaints. The realtor I believe is Raines.

I live on the outskirts of town (read: next to the damn hospital) and we have a 4 bedroom house with a huge back yard, basement, and a garage, and it's $900 / month.

Since there's 4 of us, it's only $225 a month per person.

Talk to Townside, they manage a few houses like this'n, out towards CBurg.
