shop space needed

so i have a delimma....i have this amazingly awesome yota at home...and i dont like to drive 3 hours each way to work on it...if anyone has any leads on any shop space for rent (by the year / semester / whatever) id like to find a way to get my junk up here to work on it...hell, id even settle for yard space
