well here is what I have got so far

front t-case:original that was in the truck
sector shaft: $190 shipped
rear t-case: $230 shipped to me
Doubler plate: moving bullydog's rockwells
getting the plate aligned: Priceless

For all the down time there is always PBR to be drunk.

Trust me you all will know when the ranger is fixed.
