First meeting date

Alright fellas and Ma'am.

When do yall want to have the first meeting of the semester?

This club is for yall to have a place to meet, and I will just be the father figure along with the other officers.

I do have alot to discuss/talk about with yall first meeting, so pick a date and time that you will show up. And if Sundays are not good, we can do a weekday or something like that.

Aight, Ill make a couple calls to the other officers and see when they would like to meet.

Right now I am thinking next weekend (9days) so I have time to ride around campus and town and find all the new rigs and leave a flyer on thier rig to see if they are interested in coming out. That however will be the fourth weekend of the month, so we could have another meeting the following weekend to see who shows up and would like to actually be in the club/go wheeling.

Thats just what Im thinking, Ill post up once Ive talked to the other officers and see if they agree or disagree on that.

i say meet tonite, just for a bit, pass out flyers to leave on vehicles this week and shoot the shit, then meet as well next weekend to discuss the plans for this semester. it looks like there's a handful of new members that sort of came on over the summer, it'd be good to put names with faces.

i still need to get the shirts i ordered last semester, too... stallings or fonger???? wtf. you got 'em, leach?

Well a couple of us met tonight and decided that we were definitely meeting next Sunday night at 7:00 pm behind Litton Reaves, and from there we'll decide the meeting schedule for this semester.

Clay I have your t-shirts and beanie and Leach, I'll have your stuff at the meeting.
