4x4 sheet of 1/4", some 1/8"

Have a 4x4 sheet of 1/4". Looking to get $100.

Also have about a 1'x3' piece of 1/8". $40

What kind of steel is it? HR? CR? P&O?

Is it rusty?

The 1/4" is hot rolled A36. Not sure about the P&O thing. Not rusted at all. Been in my shop since I bought it from Steel Services last January.
