KOH Party at Bdubs

As many of you know, we've talked with the managers at Bdubs in Blacksburg about using the projectors in the bar to show the KOH dvd's. We can only do it on a slow night since they will have to deviate from their normal TV schedule. Likely possibilities would be Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday nights. The sooner we can nail down a date the better so I can try to get in discussion with Gary and agree on a date.

Available dates are in the poll. Vote for any and only dates that you CAN and WILL attend. I don't want to plan for a date and have no one show up. Ypu can vote for multiple options and can change/revote if your schedule changes. Please post up with time constraints as well.

just confirmed for sure tonight, sorry, it took a little bit to get a hold of Gary. It will be this Wed night. Sunday nights are tough because of late night football at the moment and they are cleaning out the bar tonight.

Later the better for them, to miss the dinner rush. I would suggest 9 or so. I know that is tough for those that have to work the following day, but for students thursday is reading day. I will get in there tomorrow or tueday and hook up a dvd player to make sure the electronics are good to go, and we should be all set.
