Owner/Memberships in Private Off-Road Park

Post by 6840 »

This is a chance for a select few to own a private off-road park. We developed the trail network over the last 5 years as an advanced off-road training area for US Special Operations Forces. With the US war effort in Afghanistan winding down, demand has reduced, and our training courses are being consolidated into another facility, leaving this one open for private wheeling.
The property is located a few miles off of I-64 near Alderson WV, and covers approximately 100 Acres on the side of a boulder strewn mountain with about 800’ of elevation change. There are many miles of developed trails, offering a wide range of challenges including: mud, rock crawling, water crossing, and hill climbs. In addition, there are massive boulder fields available for development into extreme challenge rock crawling trails.
When the wheeling day ends, a fully outfitted cabin provides a place to relax . Sit on the porch in the summer or around the woodstove in the winter and share stories. 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and full bath offer comfort and convenience. For other outdoor pursuits, this property offers great hunting, access to world class fly fishing on the Greenbrier River, a fully outfitted tactical shooting range, and even a wild, natural cave
The ownership structure is limited to 7 members; buy-in is $52,000 per member. Pictures and info at www.anvilrockorvpark.com - For more information or to arrange a tour, contact: sales[at]4x4bcds[dot]com

We've been up there several times before as a club and throughly enjoyed the trips. Thanks for posting up information on the new structures on access and wheeling.

I'm not sure that price is attainable for anyone involved with this club, but we will keep in touch with you guys in the future.
