Steel Supply

Post by JCook5003 »

Where do you guys buy steel around here?

I'm looking to buy some square tube and plate for my flatbed build and am not having a great deal of luck locating a supplier in the area.

Thanks

I believe in the past when they've organize large buys, it has been from Ryerson:

If you're trying to get some tube and plate, I think some of the other guys might be interested in making a larger order.

There are a couple of places in Roanoke I have worked with. Ace steel and Steel Services. I have also used BMG metals and had them deliver to me. Call a few places and get prices first.

I would not use any of the above for tube.
