Dim Lightbar

Post by MountainSubie »

Hey guys, Christian here, still can't figure out what is wrong with my light bar. It turns on but is incredibly dim. Cleaned the all the connecting terminals and even switched out the fuse box thinking there might be some junk up in it. Everything else is clean. Any more ideas?

What happens if you connect it directly to 12V?

My light bar will be dim whenever my battery gets low on charge. I would do what Alec suggested and connect it straight to the battery. If it is still dim its most likely the lightbar itself. If not I would look at all your grounds/ connections again.
