Just picked up an FJ80. Need a cheap way to lift er. Also how the phuk to I get slack working on my phone ? First thing it asks for is a workspace URL.

Hey there, congrats on the FJ80! We have a '91 in the club, what year is yours? As far as lifts go, I wouldn't advise the cheap ones, as I can't really name any cheap lifts out there and I don't really back the "cheap route." Also depends on your budget for the rig. I have a rear set of redline 50mm slinky coils I'll sell you. I was experimenting with them on the sex lex, but didnt work out as I wanted.

That being said, they're really nice dual rate coils and have really good reviews on them on ih8mud.

Budget sucks with Christmas coming up unless I get my Fiat sold.
Only looking for about a 2" lift. Just enough to get some good tires underneath, but trying to spend less than a grand.

Pretty much stock and fairly well kept. I have lots of minor maintenance to do through fall to bring it up to speed. Start modifications in the spring. Maybe a wheel swap over winter for, at least some 16" rims. The stock 15x7's have to go, which gives me an extra set for the truck.

Hey don't hate on the 15s LOL. As soon as I get the hesitation under acceleration and power steering worked out on my recently acquired 80 we'll have to get out on some trails together!
