warn m12000
its really not that heavy at all, especially for a winch bumper. we thought it was maybe 100lb? maybe more, maybe less.
the POR 15 stuffs pretty cool, easy to apply and damn tough. it does need another coat because of some spots where the paint was dull for some reason
also have to put the topcoat on as por 15 isnt UV ray resistant and will fade in a week or so.
the winch "tray" does look big without the winch sitting in it, but for some reason the M1200 is acually the largest winch in sheer size, even bigger than the m15000 and m16500. im going to Richmond tommorow to pickup the winch. ill put the winch in the tray and snap a pic.

just got back from richmond with the winch. damn that bastard is huge and heavy, id say a good 140lbs. ill put it in the tray tommorow and snap a pic to see how much space it says up. i think my front end might sag a little bit, anybody got any 2" dodge coil spacers?
btw, the dude i bought it off of(marine veteran, got back from iraq bout a year ago) had a sweet old landcruiser(actually 2). if my phone hadnt died i would took a pic of it, the damn thing was clean as hell
