All right i got the new bumper on for the most part but one of the bolts on the passenger side has a spacer that fits inside the frame/unibody. I cant get the spacer in there  Anyone got ideas on how to get it in there or have a way to get it in? I will have pis soon to help get an understanding of the problem.

is it a sleeve, designed so that torquing down on the bolt does not crush the "frame rail"? i've seen some setups like that where you are supposed to hole-saw one side and slide the sleeve in that way- through the same hole you're bolting through. don't know if that's the case here or not.

i think im going to get henry to weld the dam thing to the unibody. Oh and welding it to the unibody also reduces body flex :flipoff2: Yoda
