Well its acting normal and shifting fine now. Don't know what to think. I guess ill go off my hunch and change the trans fluid again, and drive it for a week or so before I return any parts.

After the lift my steering felt a little flighty so I brought it to south main auto for an alignment to get my castor back to spec. So I asked them for their opinion on the clutch and they did a full bleed of the master and slave cylinders. Shop tech just called and said he thinks the pilot bearing is seizing up, could be from any water or mud I got in it during a mountain lake trip. The problem actually started right a day up there.
