been a while friends... i have been studying the master of images yellowdodgedude(brain) and will be posting images later tonight after i take some images after dinner. but since my last update
-put the stak in, luckily the two driveshafts it came with fit perfectly and I have been driving the jeep around since, took it to work the other day and in to town few times (put around 100 or so miles on it)
-ran a flex exhaust from the cat back to behind my trans bracket. with that tiny cat it pretty freaking load...
-Also managed to get my check engine light to go out, tricked the torque converter code with a relay, and was able to mate the modern rubicon non gear driven speedo to my wiring harness.
Things left to do, trans skid plate, clean up wiring, and create a box around my new fuze boxes to protect the wiring. The trans skid plate should be pretty easy assuming i can get the plasma cnc up and running tonight.

start with the new electrical setup

New interior shifter and switch setup. the loose wire will be loomed and tied down
please excuse the gay ass labels, switches go as listed left to right, Rear Linelock, front linelock, soon to be led light bar, engine fan, extra, extra
And now the big stuff!!! so the new drivetrain is a stock 4.0, aw4 with raddesigns shifter setup (shift like a manual with the winters shifter torque converter lock up is on a switch in the cab), and a 4.33 stack. Before the torque converter factor the low low is 65:1.
pep the ghetto exhaust silencer for driving down the highway aka my old cat

Also i believe my gas tank finally decided to give up and cracked along the back half of the tank.

So the new acc are wired through the new fuse block. but you replaced the old one, so there is some factory wiring going through there too? Did you do that just for consolidation or was old one junk, etc?

All the acc are run through those boxes, but the main reason I did it was for consolidation. The factory box was only about a 1/4 full with fuzes and relays and it was hard to mount and took up way to much space. This also let me remove some old sketchy wiring I had done to run some acc. I also added a fuze box inside the cab this is mainly just for quickly adding in cab acc and what not later without having to wire into the main harness. Also was a good way to localize all my transmission power wiring into one area.

Hahah, I didn't even notice. I'll have to check it out next time I see it. Not like anyone would ever know cause photobucket fucked everyones build threads on the planet... but im gonna rewire my jeep one more time!!!!
After finishing the current setup and trying to make up inner fender liners and some other little things i decided i didnt like having my fuse boxes under the hood. Therefore they are being moved to the cab, currently planning to mount the box behind the seats to the cage. so i ordered a new fuse box that can handle 40 fuses and 10 relays (looks alot like this https://www.waytekwire.com/item/46354/E ... 1-0A-RFRM/). Biggest challenge is figuring out how to get the harness back to this location.
I really like the idea of having connectors on either side of the harness so i can take the harness out of the vehicle if needed. In the past I have used weather pack connectors when only running 6 or fewer wires however the connectors are much to large to try and run the 39 wires i needed.
I only found a few real options that can handle the difference in wire sizes and quantity of wires needed. the best solution to be a round connector style called, Delphi HES connectors (https://www.delphi.com/manufacturers/cv ... connectors). These connectors can handle wires from 28 gauge up 10 gauage depending on the terminal size. For my needs i ended up ordering a 19 and a 23 pin connector, i am planning to fill the handful of extra ports with extra wires i may need later.
Little hint about these connectors; they want you to buy there 1000 dollars in tools/dies to crimp on all the terminals, however a set of 80 dollar crimpers for weather pack connectors does the job just fine maybe just slightly slower.
Ill have the harness mostly complete and mounts completed will post pics tomorrow along with other details

Terminal in crimpers you can see how the profile wraps the terminal around the wire. Most of your sealed connectors use this similar profile and crimp tools most likely can be used across most connectors.
so these are what the male and female terminals look like after being crimped on.
Here are the male connectors being put in the connector.
Also one thing with all of these connectors the wire type makes a difference if you use thick or thin wall terminals and plugs. SXL and GXL? automotive wire i believe are considered thick whereas all other wires are considered thin. This matters when you use the terminals on the larger end of there capabilities. For examples i used 10 gauge SXL wire and with the 2.4 terminals it was a very tight fit in the connectors.
