Help James regear thread

Post by Jwlman »

The tech at the meeting kinda died off but how bout we regear an axle at a meeting sometime next month. I happen to have a ford 9 inch third member that needs regearing and a "spaceship" installed into it and my dana 44 needs gears and an aussie installed. :thumby: So I just need someone to bring all the special tools and the know how.

Not exactly meeting tech. Since on a good day if you get one axle done in about 4 hours you're doing good. Not including any sort of locker.

If you want your gears set-up and the know how to do it again there are certain club members that have the tools and ability assist you, if they WILL is totally up to them.

The cheapest shop around that I know of wants $200 per axle to install gears alone, not including lockers.
I feel like a hundred bucks...
