im pretty sure ur t-case drop is on the wrong side for that to work, ford is on the driver side and chevy is on pass, idk how the whole baby blazer IFS thing works though

What he said... all K5's are passenger side. A 95 S10 blazer I had was also passenger side (I remember that because it gets in the way of removing the starter).

The first gen S-10's were driver's drop t-cases. GM went drivers drop in full size trucks in 88 with the body style change and 91-92 for the Tahoe and Suburban (I think I've got the right year on them). Not to say I don't believe you Mitch, but I've never seen an S-series with the pass-drop case. They had to run the remote mount oil filters because of interference with the drive shaft for the front differential.

Heather's '01 Jimmy (and my '95 Blazer) have/had remote mount oil filters. If it wasn't so damn cold I'd see where her front driveshaft was.
