First thing I did was wire brush the frame, suspension, and axles because there was some pretty serious surface rust. Spray painted everything black. I would have liked to pull parts off blast, clean and paint, but that is beyond the scope of this project. I am happy with the results.
One of the first things I did was install Sam's old 33's that she bought. Club tire changer and BB's, cheap. I'd love to put Brayden's 35 KM2's on. It would look sweet, but not really in her budget and I don't know how sluggish it will be with 33's, stock gearing, and a sub 200hp BBF, much less with 35's.
There was some pretty bad floor rot on the passenger side once we took the carpet out. Sticking with the low cost theme, I cut it out and patched it instead of buying a new floor pan like you normally would. I was worried about the contours, but I am pleased with how it came out. Once I put the Peal N' Seal sown it will be hard to notice. Dont have any pics of the cleaned and painted floor:

I "reupholstered" the bench seat with this seat cover and some staples. Pretty nice for $20 at Wally World:
These are the cheapest monotube shocks I could find. They seem well made and have pretty good reviews. I am interested to seem how they perform. I'd bet better than their similarly priced Monroe cousins.
Ebay shorty headers. I have a set on the Bronco that I like. They don't fit past the frame, so I will be either modifying the headers or the frame. Haven't decided which yet.
