anyone have any tricks to removing rusted cotter pins that wont budge?

meh im just gonna cut the whole damn bolt off they're so rusted i dont think the nut will even come off

what is it for? we had to cut off my cam bolts on my control arms when we were lifting my truck and just get new ones from the dealer. you tried PB Blaster?
